Here’s a little bit about my journey in the beauty industry.

My Background

I’ve worked in the nail and beauty industry for over 12 years, after qualifying from Bolton college in 2012. I began by offering nail treatments and practising on friends and family for many years before getting an employed position in a salon. I was here for a few years and this really shaped me into the therapist I am today. I then took the plunge into self-employment in 2017 and I'd lever look back now. Since becoming self-employed I've worked within salons alongside hairdressers and have employed nail technicians to work alongside me when times got busy. Since my daughter started school I now work from my home studio offering 1-1 Education courses and treatments from home.

My Journey with CND™

After discovering CND™ products in 2015, I fell in love with the brand and its commitment to natural nail health, and knowing the products are rooted in science. As my relationship with Sweet Squared (UKs distributor of CND)  grew, I expanded my training to include lash lifting, brow lamination, and pedicure systems.

Becoming an educator for CND™ was a dream of mine since being inspired by my own educator in 2015. The process to get there included lots of online study, a week-long intensive bootcamp, and a graduation ceremony where I was proud to receive the “Professional” Personality Award.

Educator Roles & Additional Training

After completing the CND Education Ambassador Programme, I was thrilled to train further and become qualified to teach LASHUS and Pedicure education. These treatments are a joy to perform and teach. The transformations I’ve witnessed have been incredible, and seeing the confidence they bring to clients is so rewarding.
